- INV identifies invoice records.
- YYYY comes from the invoice date year.
- S# follows the selected business sector.
- #### is allocated server-side per year and sector.
- Customer identity is derived from client name + contact.
- Points accumulate & do not expire.
- Tier is determined by the customer’s accumalated points.
- Points are credited once per transaction.
