How This System Works

Using your brain, Very simple, very basic; simply read and understand all functions and buttons.

Invoice Number Logic

INV-YYYY-S#-####

  • INV is fixed for invoice records.
  • YYYY comes from the invoice date year.
  • S# follows the selected business sector.
  • #### is the next saved sequence for that year and sector.
  • Counters should be generated server-side for shared team use.

Loyalty Logic

  • Customer key = normalized client name + normalized contact.
  • Points accumulate and do not expire.
  • Tier is determined by the customer’s running total.
  • Invoices only show loyalty details when the checkbox is selected.
  • Saved invoices stay locked; points should only be credited once per finalized invoice.
